well in the real estate business, you would really need to know the ABC’s of the whole procedure. Personally, I used to be afraid of the whole thing. That was till I bought the Carleton Sheets program and I found it to be very useful and really self explainatory. That would be the first thing that I would recommend you and tell you what, it is so simple that you would be happy that you did that course. Well, try it out and I wish you all the best in all that you do. You will not regret it. Good luck.
