What do is the best book on the subject?
Would it be a lot of the same stuff if I got Deals on Wheels & Makeing Money on MHs?

Hello Clay,
I bought both books at the same time. They are easy to read and do not overlap. I kind of look at them as a single book that was just bound as two books. I recommend that you pick up both. I know I sound like I must get a cut from all of lonnie’s sales, just let it be known that I don’t. He puts out some good information in both of these books. Originally I was snobbish about MH deals, but after reading his books I can see the definite benefits of MH (no tenants!!!)

You need to start with “Deals on Wheels”. This is the book that explains the business in detail. The second book “Making money with mobile hoems” takes it from there.
