I would like to start investing in real estate. Just went to Russ Whitney’s seminar, was impressed until i heard the price. Can anyone recommend the best course for a beginner. I have read a lot of postings but now am confused as to which course to buy. thanks

Rather than buying the C.S. course, read Carleton Sheet’s book … Real Estate: The World’s Greatest Wealth Builder or Wade Cook’s 101 Ways To Buy Real Estate Without Cash. PICK an investment strategy and work at it for 60 days … you will probably end up buying a property!
