Florida has attracted investors for years and there are many no matter where you land. Why not first try where you’re at to hone your skills? It may take you considerable time to get up to speed and become familiar with the area to recognize a “deal” after relocating. I’d be cautious about relocating without doing some extensive research.

I’m considering a move to Florida and was looking for some input from investers in Florida as to
where a good place to invest is. I’m primary interested in single family homes. I have seen that
Tampa has a few investing clubs and have considered living in that area. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. I would also love to hear from somebody who is interested in owner financing a single
family home or condo in Florida.
