If you decide to move on the other coast of Florida, let me know. I live just south of Orlando in Melbourne. Can’t hook you up with owner financing…yet!! Of course, I know of a good realtor…whoa there!!! She’s my MOM!!(who does NOT beleive in creative real estate…yet!)

I’m considering a move to Florida and was looking for some input from investers in Florida as to
where a good place to invest is. I’m primary interested in single family homes. I have seen that
Tampa has a few investing clubs and have considered living in that area. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. I would also love to hear from somebody who is interested in owner financing a single
family home or condo in Florida.
