i just wanted to thank everyone for this awsome website that has answered so many of my questions. As a newbie what would be my best choice to find motivated sellers? I plan on trying everything i can think of but is there a place in particular i need to spend some extra time? is it bandit signs, realators, newspaper, forclosure auctions, FSBO, or is it all the same? or what about driving around finding some really forgotten places and looking up thier tax info at the courthouse to find the owners? i figure that if i make enough offers i will eventually run into a deal i can cash in on by flipping it but, what should i do immediatly, tommorow when i wake up what should i be doing to assure msyelf that i will run into a good deal as soon as possible?
