Greetings and Salutations everyone,
I am here because I have been thinking of investing in real estate for some time now. The thoughts are starting to become more than mere thoughts and it?s something I may actually start to want to put into motion. The thing is, I am considering a much bigger form of real estate. I would ideally like to purchase a private island and invest it to make it a vacation spot to rent out and such.
I am only now starting my research on this (and real estate in general) and was wondering where might be some good places to get information? I honestly know close to nothing about the business and want to properly educate myself on it. Anything to do with laws, pricing, things to look for. If anyone here can point me in the right direction ti would be great appreciated.
