I am a college student in central Wisconsin and very interested in investing in real estate.
I’ve seen Carleton Sheets on TV many times and still don’t know what to think.
I just want some info on the “best” way to get started in real estate.

Do your homework. Read, read, read. Learn the terminologies, the market, figure out which type of investments you want to go for then take a dive once you feel confident with your knowledge.
