How much was it? Did you have to order it or is it in bookstores? What does the table of contents look like (If you have time to describe 'em!)?

Thanks!

JHyre,

Several reasons that I like this book are it is current (1998), it is readable yet comprehensive, and it is affordable $27.95.
I bought mine at Barnes & Noble.
Some of the topics include;
Taxation at Sales Time
Like-Kind Exchanges
Tax Solutions at Purchase & During Ownership
The Passive Loss Rules
Real Estate Taxation Issues in Troubled Times

It is 300 pgs and walks you through the concepts with formulas, examples, and forms.
