When you get Octitle home page on the left side click on Title Advantage. You can then search by address.

I located a boarded up property in Wash. DC that I would like to pursue. Is there a way to find who the owner is via the net without having to physically go to the court house or wherever records are kept to locate owner?

Go to octitle.com. Do an address search.Simply type in the address and do the search. The results will yield the owners name, plus a whole slew of other information you can use to make your other determinations concerning the property.
