Bill - I’ve used ads AND a sign in the window. The sign in the window generated 3 calls in the same period of time that the ad generated 40. The ad is according to the book of Lonnie. Owner Financing: No Bank, 2br/2bth 14x70 TOWN-NAME,PHONE NUMBER. Don’t over think this. Don’t re-invent. It just works.

How about some great ways to sell these things quick. What is a really good ad to sell them and is there a better way besides newpaper ads? We have several we have been able to buy but the parks don’t seem to want big signs in the yards so we have to put up small signs.
