What would you do if you had the sellers warranty deed and the heirs warranty deed one hour before the foreclosure auction to stop a foreclosure and reinstate the loan and come to find out that your newbie that works for you gave you a 2 copies of the warranty deeds from the heirs/not the originals so you couldnt record 2 of the 4 warranty deeds? Keep in mind this was a $27,000 deal. Please respond because Im very upset because this was suppose to be my first deal or should I be upset. O’yeah when I found out that I gave him copies I called the heirs and told them that I needed the originals and they agreed but my investor told me he wouldnt stop the foreclosure w/o the originals.
