You’re doing a four hour seminar on the day before the CREOnline convention in Atlanta. Their description of it is:
“How to Structure Your Business & Finances for Maximum Liability Protection and Minimum Tax Liability”
Will this be the basic Business Entity talk that describes the pros and cons of each entity type, or is it more advanced?
