Just a couple of comments. I was going over the posts in the archives for information regarding Dwan Bent-Twyford and Sharon Higginbotham’s foreclosures course. (I remember these 2 being part of a foreclosure specialist oufit from Florida. They had a website with articles about how they had been able to do some pretty great things. Then the website was no longer available and this is the first I have seen of them since. To give you a time reference, this was around the same time William McCorkle was into the beginning of his downfall.) I see that they have an office out of Colorado now, at least that is where Dwan’s fax number is. They have the same materials as before on their previous website.
Anyhow, I was going over the archive posts and came across this man that said he had done over 20 short sales using Dwan’s materials, and never used his own money. He left his phone number and stated for those interested to give him a call. I got excited that maybe someone could actually give me some information about the materials.
I noticed 2 things:

He has the same last name as the author, Dwan Bent-Twyford

They have nearly the same number in Colorado. I called it and checked.
I think it is very interesting that a man with the same last name, as the course developer, in the same city, as the course developer, is trying to get people to call him regarding his short sale successes… Just my 2 cents…
Here are the links to the archived messages with Dwan’s fax number on it and the other message from Mr. Twyford with his phone number on it…

I have met Bill on several occassion and he is a stand up guy. He would not try to influence someone in the way you seem to be insinuating. Bill is Dwan husband, that is true but I do believe they were married within the last 12 to 18 months. I am not sure they were husband and wife at the time of his postings. But even if he was, wouldn’t any husband support his wife with her endevours?
Oh, by the way, I have the course and it has a lot of very good and useful information contained in it. I could care less if Bill influenced me to buy it or not because the information contained in the course has helped me with my short sales.

Bill and Dwan are married. In the post you referenced, however, Bill does not claim that he did 20 short using Dwan’s materials; he just says he’s done 20 short sales.
Did I miss something?
