You’ve told us what you are paying for your purchase, but you didn’t tell us what you think the market value is. So we don’t know how you purchasing in relation to the market. Hopefully you’re buying below market. If so, then yes it’s very possible to do a blanket lien or to cross collateralize.
You best candidate would be a small local bank.
