Blanket loans are generally offered by commercial lenders. Typically commercial lenders dont make loans on residential properties. Several months back a commercial lender introduced a blanket loan program for residential properties but you must have 5 included. This is purchase, rate/term, and cash out up to 80%. Must be in the same county.
There is another commercial lender that does them individually or a normal basis and says they will consider blanketing if the properties are in close proximatey.
