In other words whenever you see someone advertising that they will make you rich with no effort skill or knowlege on your part, sooner or later the suckers will wind up holding the bag.

has anyone heard or done any business with bobby blair or his company?
they say that when you join there group they will buy properties for you in certain states using hard money from 40-50 cents on the dollar and then in 90 days refinace you so you can put cash in your pocket and then you will rent out the property and collect a monthly cash flow. they will also manage that property for a fee. i want to know if anyone can give me any feedback on bobby blair and/or his company. please email me asap. thank you

that’s about all i know about that guy. oh, i think he’s going to have his own line of cadillac escalades
