Any Idaho investors? This market is hot and I got my projects started with 5k and good credit…just wondering what others in the area are doing.
I have three homes (new construction) that I hope to flip and avoid the end loan closing costs. What are the rest of you doing in such a tight, fast paced market?
With one of the lowest unemployement rates in the nation - metro population predicted to go from 500,000 to 1,000,000 over next 20 years…not to mention… Forbes and INC called us the best place to do business…we are getting comers from LA, Phoenix, Vegas and the Bay area…
I just hate to tie up my credit for 8 months and then hand over 22k to the realtor on each house…
