Yes Matteo,
That is a good one and is simple to learn, for the most part, for the beginner. I am a CPA with experiance in several different packages and have used several small business ones. Also look into Peachtree and OneWrite Plus, these are easy and cost about the same also. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

I’m looking for a realestate software program for income property that is easy to use.I was told Quickbooks Pro 2001 was good.Any Feedback or other sugestions?

I’m a CPA and use Quickbooks exclusively. I’ve used the others, such as Peachtree, and have never found them to be as simple and effective. Don’t buy anything but Quickbooks or Quicken.

I use Quickbooks and it works well for me. Also, my accountant uses it so it makes things simpler when i just hand him my backup disk…of course there are still things i don’t understand and i will ask him to enlighten me :slight_smile:
