Don’t know about books on lease options. But I just discovered two interesting books on negotiation. One is called “Instant Rapport” by Michael Brooks. It is on Nuero Linguist Programming…a really interesting approach to negotiating.
The second is called “Influence” by R. Caldini. On how we influence others.
I thought these were both highly original approaches that are seldom used in real estate. They pass off the usual “win win” pap. They are available on Amazon.

Does anyone know of a good book to buy that will give me detailed info on Lease options? I already bought a couple of courses but I am still searching for more info on lease options and negotiation skills with with motivaed sellers.
