Matt/Boot Camp Attendees,

I just got off the phone with the Double Tree, they are sold out for the weekend of the Boot Camp, starting on the 16th, the Sales Manager, Yolanda, has assured me that it is not sold out on the Thursday Sept.15th(which is when the Boot Camp folks need to check in). She also said Nobody will be forced to leave if they stay over. So I suggest if you want to stay at the Doubletree you reserve one night on the 15th then stay over the whole weekend. She is the one who suggested this. The hotel just picked up a big group, but she feels they most likely will not fill all the rooms they blocked.
Thanks ScottS(NC)

Here is an outline of the Mobile Home, Land/Home and Small Park Boot Camp.

September 16th (Fri) through September 18th (Sun) at the Double Tree Biltmore in Asheville, North Carolina.

Please make your reservations anytime after Wednesday, August 10th.

If you wish to stay at the Double Tree Biltmore (aprox. $140 per night), please call (828) 274-1800.

If you would like to save a little on hotel fees, we suggest the Sleep Inn which is located on the same property (aprox. $85 per night), please call (828) 277-1800.

For those who will be flying into Asheville, the Asheville Regional Airport is the closest airport and is about a 15 minute car ride to the hotels.

Itinerary Outline:

Thursday Eve: Pre-registration sign in and Lonnie has suggested a nice, informal get together for everyone to have a little fun talking. We will be meeting in the Lobby of the Double Tree Biltmore at 6:30 pm. Look for Lonnie and you will have found us.

Friday: THIS WILL BE THE FIELD DAY!!!

We will pick everyone up in front of the Double Tree Biltmore at 8:30 AM.
(This is a change from past posts so please make a note of it)

We will be driving out to a ?Land Bank? doublewide deal in progress, showing how we inspect and evaluate these properties in the field. We will then be touring 5 mobile home parks that we own. After lunch we will spend our time focusing on one of Scott?s turn around parks. We will walk through the park and some homes to show the challenges and opportunities as well as the due diligence concerns and more

Saturday:

Lonnie will begin the day teaching how to make money with mobile homes using his famous ?Lonnie deal? approach. Remember how he mentioned he also does Lonnie deals in a ?condo park? where he owns lots? Come find out how that works and how you to can create something similar!

The afternoon and eve will be filled with the teachings and discussions of how we invest in mobile homes with land and small mobile home parks. We will break down the numbers, find out how to fix problems, maximize cash flow, decrease management responsibility and much, much more.

We will be breaking down the deals that you walked through on Friday and we will present some ?good deal, bad deal? type scenarios to discuss why some park deals look bad but turn out good and worse yet, why some look good and turn out bad.

Sunday: In the morning we will wrap up the park discussion so that anyone with early flights will not miss out. We will have an open forum to make certain all questions are answered before you leave. We want you to have all the info you need to get started when you get home!

This entire boot camp will be conversational in nature. We chose to keep the group to 25 so that we would always be able to stop and answer questions and that everyone can feel comfortable asking the questions they need to get started in their business.

We have additional bonuses and surprises in store so get signed up quick!

Remember the boot camp prices:

The boot camp itself would run $695 for those who register after

For those who register before August 20th, the price drops to $595.

OUR BEST ?CASH OFFER? EXPIRES SOON !!!

Now for those Lonnie type folks who seek the ?best, all cash price? we have the $500 money order only price available but the money orders must be received by August 15, 2005.

Please contact Sandra at ashelandhomes@wmconnect.com for details.
