I am a real estate investor in Florida and I am looking for property in Boston, MA for a friend. She wants a 2/2 or 3/2 in any of the following areas: Charleston, South End, North End, Brookline, Cambridge, or Beacon Hill. We are looking in the price range of $150,000 or less. And of course we want something creative:) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
