I am wondering, in dealing primarily with older mobile homes, if there is a certain brand/type that is better than another.

Or are there certain brands/types that one should definately stay away from when doing “Lonnie deals”.

I’ve seen quite a few, Homettes, Liberty, Briggadere (sp?), Eagle, etc…

Hi Jacque,

I don’t think it matters. I have never had a buyer ask about the brand. Especially with the older homes it all comes down to the condition they are in. A more expensive home that has been abused will be worth less than a cheap model that got tender loving care.
