A quick call the the IL RE Commission to speak to one of their regulatory agents would get you a quick answer to this query.
Now in some states the Broker can share his commission with anybody after he receives it but I’d have to study the issue of being able to legally advertise sharing it with a layman.
One of these days I’ll give my REC a call and see what they’d think about this idea.
