Brad,
The law in Ohio has similar wording for real estate brokers. As I understand it the same address is O.K. but the office needs to have a different entrance from the residence. The enforcement is quite lienient. I have seen converted garages and basement offices that passed inspection just fine. A seperate building should be all right too. I personally use a mobile home on the same property as my residence for my office. Don’t let this little item hold you up…ED

In Ohio the law states that to obtain a used mobile home brokerage license you must have a business location separate from your personal residence. Is there any possible way around this or is a brokerage license even necessary? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for all your help,
