I am renting out a house (my second investment rental) and I do not have a check in - check out form. I have several of Brochick’s courses and I have not found one on the forms CD (Nuts-and-Bolts course). Does anyone have a good check-in check-out form that they could send me? Also, aside from my lease, lead paint disclosure, and lead based pamphlet (thanks Nuts-and-Bolts), what other documents should I take to the lease signing event? Any and all help is always greatly appreciated.
