Hi,

I’ve heard Bruce Norris is a pretty savvy investor out in California who puts out some materials on foreclosures.

Four questions:

Has anyone heard of him and his materials?
If yes, are they any good?
Does he only have materials on foreclosures?
Does anyone have any contact info for him?

Bruce Norris is a sensational investor and teacher he buys in excess of a hundred properties a year, runs a hard money loan business and is a very down to earth guy. I have attended his seminars and am a full time investor in the same location so I know that he is “walking the walk”.
He teaches acquisition strategies, foreclosures, and how to run and market a real estate investment business.
