Hello:

I know it has to be ADA compliant and accessable to wheelchairs. If you want the most inexpensive route, concentrate on a specific disability, because certain conditions apply to specific disabilities but not to others. ie, if you built a building for the blind. You would be able to cut some corners in terms of your work for wheelchair accessability. Check the ADA (American with Disabilities Act) website. They get quite specific there.
