Hi, I found a young man who has just started out in real estate. He has had his realtors lic. for almost two years, and is currantly working with a firm. I think he would be very advantagous in deed aquisitions on short sales. I guess my question is, As a realtor workin on shrt sale could he stil be able to use his contacts to help secure a new residents to the seller. ( maybe a rental or something)Without any conflition with the laws.
