Mick- Quick question for you. I too am just about to get started. I don’t have a lot of capital to work with though. Just out of curiousity did you get a loan to buy your first packages. I’m trying to figure out how to get started w/ lettle capital. If I use 3500 to start and then tie up that money buy financing how do I purchase my next. Won’t I run into problems trying to get financing from a bank for an old mobile home?

I am fairly new to the business. I have bought 4 trailers and or land home packages in the past 3 weeks.This is almost addictive…I am currently dealing with Oakwood. I am wondering when you guys say that you purchase a home from a lot or park owner, how did you establish the lead? Did you leave a business card? Did you just drive by by chance, did you see the trailer in an ad? I absolutely love this site and will help whoever whenever I can.
