I have a rough outline of a Lease Option business plan. Email me if you’d like a copy. Remember, a business plan serves two maing funcitions. First, it is to help you clarify your goals within a specific timeframe. This is to help you focus on what you want to do, how you’re going to do it, and how you’re going to make money. Then you put in some “guesstimate” numbers so you have an idea of what you’re going to make. The second function of your business plan is it’s a sales tool used to raise capital. That means you use it to get loans. So you want all the numbers to be reasonable. Email me if you need help.
