There is a home in a nearby neighborhood that I am very interested in getting more info on and perhaps purchasing. The house was in the local paper as being forclosed on. The morgage company has a web site but the house is not listed (yet) on the site. How do I get more info and get in to see this house before it gets listed with a local real estate company? The house is in Buffalo, NY - the mortgage company is in North Carolina.
