I asked the same question a day or so ago. The advice I got was to wait for the house to go unlisted and deal with the seller directly, or ask to be present when the offer is presented to the seller.

Is it possible to buy a property subject to the existing mortgage when it is listed by a realtor? If so, how/when would he/she get paid?
