What time of day will you be going to the property? If possible try and visit the property on a Saturday so that you can really see who lives in the area. You should also stop and visit with some people and see what they like about the area. If you are inspecting the property ask the people what they like most/least about the area. Keep in mind that you will get the most benifit if the property is located close to ammenities.
