Is there anything wrong with buying single family properties at retail, renting them, and earning 60-110% return on monies invested? I look forward to your answers.

Nothing wrong with that - if you can do it? Tell me how and how do you measure your 60 - 110% return? How much more would you make if you bought them wholesale and did that?
