Chill,

You can get one through John’s course, but even he tells you that you should take a RE contract that is legal in your state and tailor it to a note option contract. Seek help from either a realtor of RE attorney.

Bronchick has a good one on his site (legalwiz.com). I also believe there is a good Letter of Intent on the notenetwork.com site. Either would do. However, and option to buy would be a better than the purchase agreement.
