I am interested in learning more about purchasing real estate and personal property at probate sales. Jim Banks’ course looks good, but is very expensive. Are there any other sources of information on this subject? Does anyone have a used course they would like to sell?

Gary Digazia is a Real Estate Agent in Northeren Calif.
He has writen a course on Probates and is priced at an affordable price. You can check him and his course out at www.probate-realestate.com
I have to agree that Jim Banks has priced his course out of a lot of investors pockets------ can remember seeing Jim back in the late 1980’s and the course at that time was just several hundred dollars

Robert Bruss (syndicated columnist and RE attorney) has an excellent inexpensive “special report” that is quite informative about buying through probate…it may be enough to get you started, and I think it’s less than $10. If interested, e-mail me and I’ll give you info.
