Hi Brad,
You must be a member of the reporting company you want to report information to. I am not 100% certain but I think there is a certain about of proerties you must own and rent to be eligible, the best way to find out for sure is to contact the CRA’s themselves. Ask them the prerequisites to joining as a landlord.
