Hi,

Putting aside the pro and cons about real estate vs stock investing, I have questions to investors who invest in both. (I am trying to move to the I quadrant :slight_smile: )

First, are there courses about stock investing, if so which one do you recommend? Second, which one do you invest more after the stock market plunged and the mortgage rate went up? what’s your strategy? Third, are there message boards for stock market investing (you can email me privately for this one, delete the NOSPAM on my email address)?

I don’t think there is any sure fire course that’s gonna teach you how to be successful in the stock market game. Right now I’m reading “The Essays of Warren Buffet”. If you’re serious about long term investing rather than stock market trading(Gambling), I recommend you check it out.
