Sounds like great advice. One of my friends used to tell me about everything - “Read the book”. I do not regret spending what I did on an infomercial deal, but I do think that a broader knowledge base is necessary for long range success.

The real estate section at the bookstore has a wealth of paperback books for less than $20. Buy five of them for less than a hundred bucks. Read them all five times.

While you read the first time underline all the best stuff with a red pen.

When you read the second time SLLLOOOOOOWWWWW DDDDOOOOOWWWWWNNNN AT ALL THE RED PARTS.

If you dont understand that passage completely, read it again and again and again. Draw diagrams if you have to.

When you are finished you will have a good undestanding of several possible strategies.

Pick One That you like the best and GO FOR IT!

I retired from my J-O-B in 3 years investing in real estate. Trust me it works!

Good Luck,

yeah, but the CS infomercial is dangling the carrot of all of the secrets to no money down in front of your nose implying that you can’t get this info anywhere else…is it found in any book in the bookstores??? and what advice do you have for the Canadians?
