Farming my farm I drove past a house for rent, calling the number from my office a lady answered the phone. I ask about the house and weather there was a possiblly of renting to own, or out right purchase. She went on to explain how her husband was tired of working on the homes, and they had a bad experence with the last renter. She then told me in fact they had 4 homes, and would only sell on contract because of their tax libality. I now have a contract to purchase four sfh with little down because I took the time to call a house for rent.
