Can a licensed real estate agent participate in this arena of real estate investment?I am getting my license and stumbled upon this site in my research.I would like to be able to take advantage of any opportunities that will eventually come my way.Any other agents out there that are making money on the investment side? Just make sure you fully disclose your license when buying or selling (even if it is not required under your license law); make sure the buyer/seller understands that you are acting as a principal and representing yourself only.
