I am in Mississipi. I have investors who buy NOO properties from me to
rent for cash flow. These investors got good credit. But, still it has
been difficult to get deals closed.I need a lender who can PERFORM . I
have a lot of deals I can pass your way if you can get these these
unseasoned deals done. I will even owner finance and sale my note at
closing. But My investors don’t want to put much down.Most of these
