Is this a lease-option contract? If so, then you should make sure that you put in the contract “or assigns.” This also works with a regular purchase contract too. This will give you the right to “assign” the contract to someone else. IT is extremely helpful if you already have that pre-printed in the contract.

I’m in the process of buying a house with zero down and 100% owner financing for 2 years. Can I sell the house during that time and offer the same option? If so, how do I go about doing this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
