Go read all the “how to” and “money making ideas” by Lonnie Scruggs on this site, then jog over to the “books and courses” section and spend the $60 for his two books. Read them, then ask some questions here. You’ll have it nailed.
The answer is yes you can make money, but you have to know how.

I am fairly new in the RE business. I just got my RE license. Buying mobile homes and financing them sounds too good to be true. A friend of mine says that in order to make money, I would need to buy 5-10 acres and buy several MH’s and rent them out. I really need to hear from people who are actually making money doing this.

acres of land and renting them out.
As the others have said, get Lonnie’s books and you
will have all the info you need to get started.
I love mobile homes. Where else can you get yields of
50-75-100+% ?
