I really enjoy all your posts, and am trying to learn about investing in mobile homes…but am constantly stymied by the acronyms and vocabulary used here…what’s an SFR? Is there a site with a glossary of terms?

If I remember correctly… - Posted by Scott Az

There’s a glossary in the how to section of cre (creative reale state)

This should help you… - Posted by Jim

First off, if your primary concern is going to be in the mobile home market, then what I amd many others here will suggest is that you go to one of the other links right here on this web site that deals specifically in mobile homes. You’ll see the link on the home page right on the left hand side of the page.

For a good glossary of real estate terms go to_______ http://www.legalwiz.com/glossary.htm

There you’ll find just about every real estate term and it’s definition. That should help you.

SFH… That is short for: Single Family Home

Hope this helps

The term I asked about was SFR – it was used in posting entitled ‘Private note-holder trying to undo subject-to-deal’…thanks
