Thank you for posting this information. I found the Title Advantage to be most helpful in finding out the names of the owners on a property I want to buy. It gave me the information I needed.

I can look up the owners of any property by using hyperlink and simply dialing the number here on the computer and typing the login and password which should be given to you by someone in the recorders office since it is public information. There is also a “GIS” website pertinent to my area that I can get on here on the net and look up owners that way.

If your tax assessor is online, you can get the information from your computer, if not, you will have to go downtown.

At my office they will give you up to three names of owners over the phone if you call. So if you only have a couple you might try that first.
