It seems pretty much the same as the states as far as finding, funding and profit. Obviously laws are different.
Just by asking I’ve found 3 RE agents who invest in and broker notes, and in the course of their job create many private mortgages.
I suggest calling up your local realtors and asking to speak to someone in their office who specializes in discounted mortgages.
