There are buyers of Canadian notes and several of them live in Canada in my group of investors and note buyers.

I’m a full time note broker working from Canada.

Drop me a line, if you are still in need of a note buyer for a Canadian mortgage note.

I can deal with “note finders” (or “bird dogs” as they are sometimes known).
