The only Canadian RE guru I know of it Raymond Aaron. His stuff is pretty good but old fashioned, basically buy and hold and wait for inflation to make you rich. But he does address Canadian conditions and he has a few ideas no one else has. Here is his website. http://www.aaron.com/sindex.html

Carleton Sheets has a American Real Estate course for the American Real Estate Investment.
And why does Carlton Sheets not have a Canadian Real Estate Course out for the Canadian Real Estate Investor?
The Canadian Real Estate Laws are different from the U.S.A. Real Estate Laws and Investments.
So it would be nice if he had something for the Canadians as well.
